A builder that sweats the finish.
Palmer Innovative Construction is owned and run by Tyler, with 18 years in the trade. We build new custom homes, ADUs, kitchens and full renovations, and we manage the whole job: design input, permits, subcontractors, schedule and budget.
Most general contractors hand the finish carpentry to whoever is available. We built our own millwork division, T/R Millwork, so the cabinetry, built-ins, stairs and trim in your home are made by the same people accountable for the rest of the build.
We bring renderings in early, so you see the space before we build it, and every job is run by a small crew with the owner on site.
