Who owns Palmer Innovative Construction?
Palmer Innovative is owned and run by Tyler, who has 18 years of experience estimating and building in the residential construction trade. Tyler is personally involved in every project.
Where does Palmer Innovative work?
Northern Massachusetts (Andover, North Andover, Boxford, Topsfield, Georgetown, Groveland, Haverhill, Newburyport, Amesbury, Methuen and nearby) and Southern New Hampshire (Salem, Windham, Pelham, Derry, Londonderry, Atkinson, Hampstead, Bedford, Exeter, Portsmouth and nearby).
What does Palmer Innovative build?
Accessory dwelling units (ADUs), new custom homes, custom kitchens, additions and whole-home renovations. Custom cabinetry, built-ins, closets, stairs and trim are built by our in-house millwork division, T/R Millwork.
What is T/R Millwork?
T/R Millwork is Palmer Innovative's architectural millwork division. It designs and builds custom built-ins, kitchens and islands, closets, stair renovations and finish carpentry. You can see its work at tr-millwork.net.
Is Palmer Innovative licensed and insured?
Yes. Palmer Innovative is a licensed and insured general contractor, and we are happy to provide documentation before any work begins.
How does your estimating process work?
Send a request through the website, call or text. Tyler replies within one business day to schedule a site visit, then we prepare an itemized estimate priced room by room so you can see where the money goes.
Do you build ADUs?
Yes. ADUs are one of our main services: detached cottages, garage conversions, attached in-law suites and modular ADUs, in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. See our ADU page for current state rules and financing programs.
Do you work with architects and designers?
Yes. We build from architects' drawings and also help homeowners develop plans, using renderings early in the process.
How do you keep clients updated?
Clients who opt in get text updates on work days, such as crew arrival and schedule changes, and Tyler is the single point of contact for the job.
